Job Duties:
- Ensure that area personnel are servicing all tools in compliance with proper procedures.
- Conduct daily checks, monthly 5S audits, and quarterly quality process audits.
- Investigate improper service procedures, shipping errors, manufacturing errors.
- Perform RCA and identify deficiencies and provide corrective actions.
- Performs follow-up evaluations for all QARs (corrective actions) in a timely manner.
- Communicate to management the status of on-going issues and methods for improving the service quality.
- Manage all relevant documentation as it relates to service quality, audits, manuals, inspections, and quality errors.
- Ensures that all inspection equipment is properly calibrated, and calibration is documented.
- Ensures that all the applicable requirements for document and records control and issuance are followed.
- Ensures that all applicable documents and inspection tools are available at points of use.
- Scheduling the quality resources to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
- Assisting with creation/implementation of local service procedures.
- Assist with corrective/preventative action plans for continual improvement.
- Schedules and conducts metrics and management review meetings.
- Tracks and trends non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Support implementation and sustainment of initiatives such as 5S and competency training.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate in near miss/incident reporting.
- Be an HSEQ champion, demonstrating HSEQ compliance and support for HSEQ initiatives.
- Able to work in a shop and office environment (walking, standing, sitting, typing).
