Kintec is Recruiting: Systems and Governance Coordinator

Job Purpose

Maintain, coordinate, and control engineering systems for company-operated facilities.

Support engineering governance to ensure the overall integrity of the facilities.

Major Challenges

• Administer, coordinate, and maintain multiple engineering systems (e.g., Management of Change (MOC), Tag Management System (TMS), Engineering Deviation Request (EDR)).
• Manage company standards and specifications, ensuring updates and revisions are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee policies, procedures, audits, and risk registers for the division.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct administration and maintenance of all engineering systems to support governance activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the Tag Management System (TMS) and develop equipment numbering procedures.
• Support the administration of the Engineering Deviation Request system.
• Coordinate Plant Change Committee (PCC) meetings for review and approval of change requests.
• Provide training to managers and supervisors on engineering systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Sciences.
• Experience: 4 years in engineering, operations, or maintenance in the oil and gas industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of data management practices, data architecture, and business process management. Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
