Key Responsibilities:

1. Instrument Engineering Support: Provide advanced instrument engineering support to projects, operations, and maintenance, contributing to the division's strategy and goals.
2. Equipment Management: Execute expert instrument engineering activities for proactive, optimal, and cost-effective management of critical instrumentation equipment.
3. Integrity Program: Lead and support the implementation of integrity programs for instrumentation equipment to achieve high standards of safety, reliability, and availability.
4. Best Practices: Define and document best practices within instrument engineering and execute performance improvement initiatives.
5. Risk Assessment: Lead and support risk assessment and root cause analysis initiatives.
6. Task Completion: Ensure effective completion of tasks and activities, meeting section and division KPIs.
7. Supervision: Lead, support, and supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers.
8. Coaching: Coach less experienced engineers, helping them develop as professionals and implement company integrity and reliability systems.
9. Training Programs: Develop and support training programs to keep abreast of new technologies and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrument Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Significant engineering experience in an oil and gas environment.
• Skills:
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient with engineering software tools and specifications.
• Instrument Engineering Specialist level of competence.
