Our Asset Integrity Management team are currently looking for IRATA Level 3 Rope Technician's to help support an upcoming offshore hook-up project scope. As an IRATA Level 3 Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspection activities in accordance with approved inspection plans and internal procedures.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure Rope Access activities comply with safe work practices and in accordance with legislation and HSSE Policies and procedures.
  • Actively support the safety, quality and regulatory processes Adopt the safe work practices and procedures in accordance with industry standards, location and required scope of work.
  • Assist the inspection and replacement of equipment, as well as other logistical tasks associated with maintaining a sound state of readiness of installations.
  • Execute inspection services and job functions while at heights and difficult access points safely and with the upmost quality.
  • Ensure operational safety of all rope access equipment.
  • Assist in high angle rescue activities as a part of the HAR team.
  • Supervise, support and mentor other technicians


We think you should have:

  • Rope Access IRATA Level III Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Member of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association.
  • Where applicable, a Trade Certificate and previous experience as a journeyperson.
  • Exposure to industrial working conditions and various operational environments.
  • Experience Working on Offshore Assets, Drilling and Production Facility.
  • Asset Qualifications include rigging training, EVITA, LEEA or other lifting equipment inspection certification, and knowledge of NDT equipment and methods.
  • Must successfully complete mandatory safety training, drug and alcohol screening, medical and meet all qualifications required for work and travel offshore, including physical ability to work at heights, or enter confined spaces.
  • Eagerness to train in different inspection methods.
  • Effective Communication Skills (verbal and written).
