As a Quality Engineering Technician here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards ofproduct quality and compliance with industry benchmarks. You will work closelywith the Quality Engineering team to support quality control processes anddrive continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to ourQuality Engineer, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez MX2M location.

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality by conductinginspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with specificationsand standards. You will also assist/support the Quality Engineer by providingproduction expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation.Ensure that the product meets internal and external customer's requirements atdefined stages of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and,where necessary, take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues.Report quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adheredto at all stages, active participation in root cause analyses and correctiveactions implementation to address quality issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance withspecifications and standards.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to addressquality issues.
• Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
• Support quality control processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities
• Participation in internal and external audits as required
• Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree ofaccuracy.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Quality Engineer.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Degreeas Quality Technician or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related position in electronic industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of IPC A 610, EDS ANSI S20.20
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Measurement devices skills (Caliper, Multimeter, Micrometer, LCR, etc.)
• Drawing interpretation
