This position reports to

Quality Control Manager

Your role and responsibilities

- Supports Test Engineers with product and system testing. - Prepares standard test records and completes test documentation. - Assists in carrying out tests to meet the contractual obligations. - Assists in carrying out tests and inspections at suppliers' premises to meet the contractual obligations of systems orders. - Provides necessary support to other functions during the testing and validation of digital solutions. - Shares best practices across different projects and other Test Engineers. - Uses standard processes and tools. - Maintains/calibrates the tools. - Maintains test reports and certificates that prove compliance with required and applicable standards, market, or regulatory requirements in line with customer specifications, legal or ABB internal requirements.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in Testing in Engineering Industry with knowledge of Transformers, Electrical Switchgear (MV preferable), or any relevant products
• Strong Testing industry knowledge
• Professional English and communication skill
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel Familiar with Ms PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of IEC standards for testing.
