If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a HSE Supervisor for Precommissioning and Commissioning, reporting directly to HSE Manager to join our HSES team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

About the Job

Execution of HSE Plan activities taking into account Group HSE standards and support at project and site level.

Main accountabilities:

• Maintains HSE documents and records related to HSE, implements the HSE plan.
• Maintains the Project HSE Training Plan and associated records.
• Assists in the development of HSE Information Packs for main subcontractors and associated campaign material.
• Coordinates multiple package contractors for day-to-day activities on site.
• Assists in the maintenance of the project Risk Management activities.
• Registers and reports status of actions.
• Reports, collects and analyzes HSE performance statistics in Global QHSES Digital Platform (Synergi/Intelex)
• Identifies trends regarding the recurrence of Incidents and provides feedback
• Conducts vendor/supplier qualification audits and assessments.
• Establishes and maintains record of project audit findings, reports close out status of findings.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Qualification: Degree or diploma in HSE or suitable combination of education and experience
• Experience in: training and HSE program delivery. recognized Auditing qualification, knowledge and experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 international standards and local regulation, First or fundamental experience in the field
• Skills: Digital skills to work on digitalization of HSE processes
• Languages: Fluency in English
