Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering client seeking a Power Generation Engineer.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions through civil site work design, permitting, and construction activities.

Essential Duties

• Perform civil site work design and oversee permitting and construction activities for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Support the development of client management strategies and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Prepare engineering designs, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental policies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any project-related issues.
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
• Experience with civil site design, permitting processes, and construction activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
