About the Role Are you a master of precision and troubleshooting in the oil and gas industry? We're looking for a seasoned Oil and Gas Instrument Technician to become a vital part of our team. From maintaining and calibrating to diagnosing and repairing, you'll ensure our production facilities' instrumentation and process control systems run like clockwork. If hydraulics, pneumatics, and interpreting technical diagrams are your forte, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and Repair: Inspect and test instruments and systems to identify faults, then repair or replace components like sensors, transmitters, and programmable logic controllers.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, document test results, and maintain detailed reports.
• Install and Innovate: Set up control and measurement instruments for new and existing plant equipment with precision.
• Calibrate and Consult: Tune instruments to manufacturers' specifications and advise operators on best practices.
• Follow Standards: Apply CSA, ISA, and API installation standards and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Inventory Management: Keep tabs on supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
