We are looking for a Planning & Reporting Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Paris area, France - then Sohar, Oman as per SD
Service Status: Resident
Start Date: ASAP - Q1 2025
Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Professional Experience (years): 10-15
- Experience in similar position (years): 5-10
- Level / Diploma: Engineer, or Master or equivalent required by the Omani Immigration.
- Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA mandatory.
- Languages: English mandatory
Activities
The service holder is responsible for the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the Marsa LNG Plant during the Execution phase, and for the reporting at project level all along the course of the Project.
- As such, the service holder is responsible for:
- Supervising, controlling and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated schedule supervision and progress measurement activities.
- Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions.
- Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation
- Ensuring reporting at Project level (for issuance of Weekly reports, Monthly Report, for preparation of internal follow-up meetings and shareholders meetings...).
The service holder shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality during all along the course of the Project. The service holder reports to the Project Control Lead.
The service holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour regarding HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.
