Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in front-end and detailed engineering design projects.
• Develop project specifications, design philosophies, and calculation templates to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Manage manpower, project schedules, and control man-hours for civil portions.
• Prepare detailed calculations for foundations, structures, and hydraulic systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Create 3D models, design drawings, and shop fabrication drawings.
• Review design outputs and drawings for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to facilitate efficient production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in plant engineering design and construction, with expertise in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or related industries.
• Proficiency in STAAD, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and technical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and prepare detailed reports.
