The HSE department for Onshore Service North, supports the Onshore Service Organization in Sweden, additionally we are responsible for assisting the service business deliver Safety First in more than 16 countries across Europe, Republic of Ireland and the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures are communicated and followed within Service Projects on onshore windfarms
  • As the HSE Professional, you will provide, HSE support to the Service management team at a senior level and provide support to supervisors during Toolbox Talks, internal and external HSE inspections and customer meetings
  • Act as a safety role model, encourage and recognize others completing safe acts, and intervene when unsafe acts are being practiced
  • It will also be your responsibility to assist with the reporting and investigation of Hazardous observations, near misses and incidents. you will provide support to the management team in handling incident investigations, ensuring the necessary corrective/preventive actions are implemented


Qualifications
  • You have either an HSE profile and are interested in joining the onshore wind industry, or you have experience from the onshore wind industry and are interested in HSE
  • Hold relevant education within HSE, NEBOSH or IOSH, or be willing to work towards
  • Hold relevant qualifications and have experience in BAS-U/BAS-P
  • Having demonstrable trade experience from an electrical or mechanical discipline would be seen as an advantage
  • Have experience with HSE policies and processes and good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quickly understand new systems
  • Have knowledge of Risk Assessment practices, COSHH and the implementation of appropriate control processes
  • Have experience of working at height and a full clean driving license


Competencies
  • Good communication skills are required. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, to work freely, adapt to new and sometimes challenging situations at short notice
  • Be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English
  • Solid interpersonal, computer, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to travel to sites across the Service North Region
  • Good interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills, within professional service provider environment
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Are enthusiastic and can work with limited supervision

Position Location - Malmö SE, with 60% travel to sites.
