Mechanical Engineering Site Superintendent (Abu Dhabi)
Project: Zuluf AM Upgrade Ph-II
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Project Phase: EPC (Expected completion Q1 2027)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Site Superintendent for the Zuluf AM Upgrade Ph-II project in Abu Dhabi. This is a key role in overseeing the mechanical aspects of the project and ensuring the successful completion of major brownfield upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mechanical engineering activities for the upgrade of 10 wellhead platforms.
• Oversee the installation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) and associated mechanical works.
• Ensure all mechanical works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage the slipovers, new PDM installations, and topside mechanical upgrades.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of mechanical issues.
• Monitor and report progress, quality, and cost control for mechanical works.
• Support the coordination of subsea flow lines and 15kV composite submarine power cables installation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision for brownfield upgrades.
• Proven experience with offshore and subsea mechanical installations, specifically for wellhead platforms.
• Experience working with large EPC projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and ensure project delivery.
