Roles and responsibilities on the project:

• Elaboration of the strategy: market analysis, strategy proposal, supplier panel, preparation of ppt presentation
• Structure of a market intelligence (market, suppliers, price) and sharing with the BUs
• Supplier qualification, relationship management and supplier performance review
• Development of a contractual template with the legal department and internal stakeholders (BUs). Negotiation and signature with identified suppliers
• Procurement management: follow-up of BESS project procurement projects from initial request to delivery (support for project contracting strategy, tender documentation, response analysis, recommendation to award, assistance in the relationship with suppliers)
• Proposal of improvement, optimization and/or transformation plans with the aim of improving
• Overall performance (implementation of process efficiency indicators)
