On behalf of a Oil Major client WRS are searching for a Commissioning Package Manager for a capital Petrochemcials project based in Saudi Arabia. The role will be offered on a annual renewable contract and will be residential in Saudi Arabia with a paid daily rate.

Successful candidates require:

• Detailed Knowledge with OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© Mobiweb
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to work with others in collaborative manner.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organizations.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mind.
• Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.). The service provider will have to supervise EPCC Contractors construction activities, in order that the field activities are completed (AOC reached) as per the Project schedule.
• Good knowledge of erection work execution.
• Advanced relevant construction work experience, preferable in Middle East Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to work with others in collaborative manner.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and ability to manage changing priorities.
