A leading engineering and construction firm is seeking an experienced Hook-Up Manager to support an upcoming major offshore project.

Role Overview:

• Plan and execute hook-up activities during the tender phase, ensuring efficient resource allocation, logistics, and cost control.
• Oversee hook-up execution, aligning with client requirements, budget, schedule, HSE, and quality standards.
• Coordinate offshore construction, ensuring seamless handover to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hook-up execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
• Liaise with engineering, fabrication, transport, and commissioning teams to optimize project feasibility.
• Manage subcontracting, material logistics, and risk assessment to ensure smooth offshore operations.
• Lead offshore teams to achieve timely and cost-effective completion.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project-specific standards.
• Drive performance reviews and lessons learned to enhance future projects.
