Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Materials Management, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure preservation measures are maintained from procurement to project handover.
Support the Mechanical Commissioning team in implementing lubrication schedules for rotating equipment as part of pre-commissioning.
Oversee execution and documentation of preservation activities in line with project requirements.
Ensure preservation records are accurately maintained and submitted for system completion.
Analyse repair orders, assessing resources, materials, tools, and methods required.
Manage materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure safe and effective execution of preservation tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Engineering degree or equivalent diploma preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in EPC projects in a supervisory role
Background in oil & gas or power industries with a focus on preservation or maintenance.
Proficient in reading technical documents, including P&IDs, SLDs, isometrics, and vendor manuals.
Hands-on experience in machine shop operations or major equipment repairs.
Strong knowledge of construction, commissioning, and completions.
Familiarity with completions databases is an advantage.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office and capable of delivering clear presentations.
Strong organisational skills and adaptability to multidisciplinary project needs.
Valid driver’s license (Sweden).
Solid understanding of preservation and maintenance principles with knowledge of construction and commissioning processes.
