GID Company Representative
Location: Mumbai, India

Summary: We are seeking an experienced GID Company Representative to oversee engineering and procurement activities at a contractor’s office in Mumbai, India. This role is crucial to ensure efficient execution of detailed engineering and procurement phases while aligning with project priorities and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Company Representative in the contractor’s Mumbai office.
• Oversee and coordinate engineering and procurement activities.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with project requirements and construction feasibility.
• Conduct design reviews, interface meetings, and regular reporting to project managers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering leads and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (B.Eng. or equivalent) in a recognized discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in full life-cycle projects within the oil & gas or infrastructure sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and procurement activities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
