For our Client, leading renewable energy company we are currently recruiting for the position:
Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for budget, time and quality of the project.
• Overall responsibility to secure that high HSE standards are implemented and followed in the project.
• Managing the Project team to successfully deliver the project deliverables and to follow up the progress of the construction.
• Managing the internal stakeholders in the company with regular meetings and actions.
• Manage the different external stakeholders of the project, authorities, landowners and local stakeholders.
• Monthly reporting internal  
• Contracts representative for the project.
• Deliver the project to the client.
• Responsible for creating and updating the Main Time Schedule
• Responsible for budgeting the construction CAPEX of the project.
• Propose the organisation needed to manage the project.
• Planning ahead and mitigating the risks before the construction starts

Requirements:

• Wide and general knowledge of construction of large scale PV plant is essential.
• Undergraduate engineering/construction related degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing and implementing construction projects in renewable energy sector.
• Up to date knowledge of Polish requirements for large scale PV successful construction progression and take overs. 
• Fluency in both civil and electrical aspects of large scale PV construction
• Experience as EPC Contractor
• Proven experience in photovoltaic projects would be an advantage.
