Building Supervisor (Civil Works) - Oman

On behalf of a major EPC company, WRS are looking for a Civil & Structural Lead Engineer to work in Oman on a contract, rotational basis. The role will be rotating 12/2 weeks at site, paying a monthly salary in USD.

The role will be supporting the construction of a large LNG train.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil works activities according to project specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Building Supervisor in LNG train construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works processes and methodologies.
• Ability to manage a multicultural workforce in a dynamic construction environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working on projects in Oman is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
