In this role, you will work in an international business environment, coaching and supporting employees in building a strong lean culture based on our Perfect Execution principles. Your focus will be within the Operations department, ensuring continuous improvement from order to delivery.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coach and support employees with the implementation of our Production System
  • Work together with the Continuous Improvement Manager in driving operational improvements and lean strategies
  • Support the teams with their activities in Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and coach Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions
  • Manage projects within budget and ensuring accurate completion
  • Maintain work processes within lean, standards and training documents
  • Train the employees and support the managers on Perfect Execution methodologies


Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives on solving problems, and sees challenges as opportunities. You are persistent and forward-thinking, always focusing on solutions. You are creative, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical and technical skills with a drive for results.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Technical Education (BSc-level) or extensive relevant technical experience
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in related role within operations or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools, with a proven track record of implementing change in a continuous improvement environment
  • Strong skills in driving engagement, problem solving, collaboration and good communication
