Control Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Leader to oversee and support control room operations in a large-scale oil and gas production project. The role involves leading and mentoring CRO trainees, ensuring operational excellence, and participating in key project phases, from training to full-scale operations. The position will transition to site operations, playing a critical role in commissioning and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor Control Room Operators (CROs) in training and site operations
✅ Develop CRO job descriptions and training programs
✅ Participate in alarm management reviews, control system HMI development, and commissioning activities
✅ Support emergency response planning and ensure adherence to safety protocols
✅ Oversee process monitoring, production targets, and environmental compliance
✅ Ensure proper documentation and reporting within the control room environment
✅ Participate in ICSS testing, operator training simulations, and operational readiness

Key Requirements
✔️ Experience: Minimum 8 years in oil & gas production operations, with at least one successful assignment as a Control Room Operator or Supervisor
✔️ Strong background in ICSS systems operations
✔️ Excellent leadership and mentoring skills for training and development of CROs
✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✔️ Ability to work in a rotational role in a remote environment
