This position reports to

Regional Product Line Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects. You will be mainly accountable for: • Being responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. • Performing work that crosses the boundaries between engineering and project management, but engineering should take precedence. • Scheduling preparation and resource forecasting for engineering to ensure successful completion of projects. Technical activities relating to the project inclusive of HW/SW Design, and quality compliance • Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members during Engineering, Procurement, Erection/Construction, Commissioning, etc. In charge of performance management of vendors if applicable • Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues • Traveling for site meetings and site works is required

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering or Automation & Control
• Minimum 2 years of experience in power automation and control system (PLCs - AC800M, AC500 & RTUs - Hitachi RTU series, NetControl, other RTUs) for industrial plants and power utilities
• Power SCADA experience on Zenon (COPA DATA) & ABB Software (800xA, MicroSCADA) or other Power SCADA platforms
• Hands on experience on Communication Protocol testing (IEC61850, MODBUS, IEC103, IEC104, DNP)
• Experience on Cyber Security implementation for SCADA Projects
• Track record of successful project portfolio and commissioning exposure.
