Your Key Responsibilities:
Starting your day by building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and state agencies, becoming their trusted advisor and partner. You then dive into reviewing and enhancing project designs, applying your technical expertise to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As the day progresses, you take the helm on complex gas projects, guiding them to successful outcomes with your strategic vision and leadership. Throughout your journey, you continuously demonstrate and hone your leadership skills within the team, paving the way for your professional growth and advancement. This dynamic role offers a blend of technical challenges, strategic leadership, and meaningful connections, making every day both rewarding and impactful.
What We're Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution, ensuring you have a solid foundation in engineering principles.
Experience: 3-4 years in the gas utilities sector, bringing valuable industry insights and expertise to the table.
Team Management: Proven experience in managing a team, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire others.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, enabling you to create precise and effective project designs.
Certifications: PE/PMP or actively working towards these certifications, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, ready to take charge and drive projects forward.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, essential for building relationships and conveying complex ideas clearly.

Benefits & Salary:
This position pays between $83,000 and $89,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
