This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1 Daily mainteance management and machine performance monitoring 2 TPM / PM systematic management and implementation 3 Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting 4 Implement effective RCA to improve maintenance operation 5 Set up effective KPI's to develop maintanance performance 6 Improve equipment availability 7 Improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation 8 Maintenance technical support 9 Effective equipment / facility investment project management

Qualifications for the role

• 1 Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation with bacholar above
• 2 Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CNC
• 3 Strong project plan and implement capability
• 4 Be good at logic thinking and self-learning
• 5 Good initiative work on high pressure JD for Maintenance engineer
