Your role and responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Reshape portfolio strategy to blend AI-driven and digital solutions, emphasizing a proactive approach. • R&D Pipeline Transformation: Lead the transition of research and development (R&D) projects from mechanical to digital and AI-based innovations. • Portfolio Management: Oversee product and solution lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement, competitive positioning, and profitable business growth. • Market & Business Development: Evaluate market opportunities, define strategic direction, and execute initiatives to optimize footprint and market share. • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, management, and key customers to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. • Innovation & Design Thinking: Champion the adoption of innovative methodologies, including design thinking, to enhance problem-solving and solution development. • Performance & Compliance Oversight: Ensure business targets, quality standards, and financial objectives are met while adhering to internal and regulatory requirements. • Team Development: Hire, coach, and develop talent, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in R&D business with a strong background in portfolio and product management.
• AI & Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of AI applications and digital transformation within product development and business strategy.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving to drive business growth.
• Change Management: Proven ability to implement and manage organizational change initiatives.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering value through customer insights and market-driven innovation.
• Innovation-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with design thinking methodologies to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
