Job Purpose

Ensure compliance with the strategic plan, Company Management Systems Framework, process, and Policy to achieve project outcomes in addition to aligning with Major Projects Executive directives focusing on strategic pillars, addressing defined issues & opportunities, strategic goals, strategic initiatives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for future years. Implement strategic reviews, project governance, and assurance processes for Major Projects teams.

Key Job Accountabilities

Provide focused delivery of offshore & onshore project execution plans/strategies, by offering expertise and timely support to develop firm and flawless execution strategies.

Ensure timely support and guidance to all PMTs while managing with all the key elements of project execution.

Steward Major Projects Approved Vendor List (MP-AVL), lessons learned, information management, project execution documentations, interface management, site and yard assessments, project handover, all post gate-5 activities including project closeout.

Demonstrate efficient and robust reviews of Project Management of Change, issues and technical risks, and early planning for all the Major Projects Group (MPG) and any services per executive directives, and/or as specifically defined in individual Execution Planning division (EPD) team objectives.

Ensure Safety and Environmental alerts are considered and addressed timely and thorough Project Reviews while providing the defined unbiased contribution to delivering quality & flawless execution of our Major Projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.

15 years diversified and multi-disciplinary experience in a multinational oil and gas company with 5 years in supervisory level role.

Proven record of managerial / leadership excellence experience.
