EngineeringWe are looking for a Contract Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: France (Bordeaux if possible but not mandatory) ; if not Bordeaux, work from home
Contract Duration: 12 months
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Soft skills: Organization, rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Significant writing skills. Proficiency in Office365 and PowerBI tools.
- Data Analytics: Data analytics skills to evaluate the performance of subcontractors and optimize processes.
- Project management: Ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Communication and negotiation: Good oral communication skills to interact with contractors and internal teams.
- Language : French and english
Contract management:
- Participate in the definition and implementation of tools for the management and monitoring of subcontracting framework contracts.
- Participate in the coordination between the various stakeholders (subcontractors, internal teams) to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
- Supervise the execution of framework contracts and ensure the compliance of the services provided by subcontractors, in conjunction with internal teams.
Centralization and optimization:
- Centralize information related to subcontracts and maintain an up-to-date database.
- Implement performance indicators and dashboards to monitor the evolution of contracts and subcontractors.
- Contribute to the analysis of subcontractors' performance and the optimization of costs and quality of services.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify contractual gaps and prepare documentary elements to support a claim or litigation.
- Ensure the qualification of suppliers in conjunction with the Purchasing department.
- Participate in the realization of supplier evaluations in conjunction with internal teams
- Prepare contractual business reviews in conjunction with internal teams
