- Designing, developing, modification, build and test the manufacturing plant machinery, infrastructure, tooling to meet processes operate effectively, maximize efficiency and safely.
- Involve in production machine tool and plant facilities performance monitoring program by collect, organizing and analyze data to ensure effectiveness of preventive maintenance and improvement action.
- Work with plant technician, Quality and HSE committee and facilities specialist improvement program to comply the company policy & objectives, external auditor, and authority requirement.
- Participate in the critical facilities and machinery spare part management system. Tracking and controlling the inventory of spare part in the lowest cost without compromise the machine break down time.
- Work with other department engineer as continual improvement team which related to facilities department to resolve the issue to meet expectation deadliness and lowest cost possible.
- Team with facilities Engineer to supervise technician team or coordinate with contractor under exceptional circumference for any urgent work arrangement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering field or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for this position.
- Willing to work in standby mode for Emergency break down.
- Work independently and with team as well.
- Able to communicate in english and malay.
- Experience in using AutoCAD / Solidworks / 3D Design.
