Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solid Control Engineer who can work independently to troubleshoot and maintain various solids control equipment, including shakers, centrifuges, dryers, and augers. This role requires expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment at various locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install solids control and auxiliary equipment correctly at designated locations.
2. Conduct proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, including centrifuges, pumps, and shale shakers, both in the workshop and on-site.
3. Follow the Materials Request Procedure to request necessary elements from the Area Supervisor to maintain clean and orderly work areas.
4. Ensure that the equipment, work area, and living area are kept clean and in order at all times during operations.
5. Request necessary consumables and parts for daily operations, adhering to the inventory list.
6. Support the proper loading and anchoring of equipment and parts during transfers between locations.
7. Complete operational and safety checklists as required by the operations department and/or customer.
8. Communicate any equipment or part loss or damage to the Area Supervisor and document each occurrence during moves.
9. Maintain a daily report of operational activities and submit it to the Area Supervisor.
10. Adhere to safety and environmental protection policies established by the company and customers.
11. Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment correctly at all times during operations.
12. Perform laboratory tests for solids analysis to ensure the correct functioning of equipment.
13. Maintain control, follow-up, and order of QMS and/or project documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in solids control or related fields.
• Preferred: Mechanical and/or Electrical degree or certificate.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
