The Role:
- Lead plant modifications, from design to commissioning.
- Carry out hazard assessments and HAZOPs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Work with project engineers on plant design and costing.
- Support process improvements and new developments.
- Provide technical input on safety, materials, and processing methods.
- Chemical Engineering degree (essential).
- At least 3 years’ industry experience in a similar role.
- Practical experience with process troubleshooting and commissioning would be a plus.
- Knowledge of COMAH, DSEAR, SIL/LOPA, and relief system sizing is a bonus.
