Position: Rotating Equipment Supervisor

Role Overview:
Supervise Rotating Equipment maintenance and workshop activities, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, integrity, and reliability across onshore and offshore facilities. Lead teams in the execution of maintenance, testing, and operational support while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Interview Details:

Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead rotating equipment maintenance activities in the workshop, ensuring optimal resource utilization, safety, and QA/QC compliance.
• Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with international standards, industry codes, and company specifications.
• Oversee the proper use and storage of consumables as per company guidelines.
• Ensure rotating equipment maintenance schedules align with the biweekly work plan.
• Lead and coordinate activities during normal operations and shutdowns, ensuring safety and quality in execution.
• Ensure periodic maintenance and testing of equipment to meet company standards and inspection requirements.
• Conduct effective toolbox talks (TBTs) and ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is available for all tasks.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, minimizing waste, and facilitate the return of unused materials to the warehouse with proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Ability to conduct TBTs and hazard identification.
  • Familiarity with welding codes and their application in rotating equipment maintenance.
