We are seeking an experienced Subsea Package Planning & Reporting Engineer to join a major offshore energy project. This role is critical in overseeing scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities for the Subsea Production System (SPS) and Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines (SURF) work packages. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate project schedules, analyzing critical paths, and ensuring seamless reporting at the project level.
The role will be working on a 12 month renewable contract, based residentially in Paris, paying a day rate in Euros

Key Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities for the subsea package.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, analyze risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure availability of accurate and up-to-date scheduling documentation.
- Oversee contractors’ schedules and progress reports, providing validation and feedback.
- Prepare and supervise weekly and monthly reporting for project stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 10-20 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience in large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, scheduling, and progress measurement processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Right to work in the EU
