Specification – Minimum Requirements

Technical and Business Skills:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Preservation Plan Management: Ability to manage the development and implementation of preservation plans tailored to the oil and gas industry.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Requires strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.

Behavioural Competencies:

• Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions through presentations, negotiations, and facilitation.
• Collaboration: Ability to interact confidently with project management teams, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Knowledge and/or Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in executing major oil and gas projects, including at least 8 years of involvement in developing and implementing preservation activities for major offshore production facilities.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing preservation activities at oil and gas projects or operational terminals.
