Qualifications & Experience Required

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree in IT authorizations or an equivalent qualification.

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years of expertise in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of system authorizations, including authorization setup for related platforms.
• Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts.
• Experience with risk & compliance tools (e.g., Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems) is a plus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong ability to self-manage, make decisions, and continuously improve both business and technical knowledge.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholders across multiple affiliates.
• Professional and diplomatic communication style.
• Fluent in English.
