Apply Lean Methodologies to Optimize Workflow

Fabrication and Assembly Processes

Capital Acquisition, Automation, Digital Factory

Able to identify, plan and execute strategic projects

Interpret and Apply Product Specifications

Review quality output and coach team improvements

Collaborate with customers

Project Planning and Execution Oversight

Resource management in dynamic environment

Organic growth with productivity projects / factory optimization

Root cause problem solving and solution implementation

**Up to 50% travel is required**

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in Product Engineering.
• CAD experience (SolidWorks is preferred).
