As a Manufacturing Engineer ISC here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence and process improvement in our Juarez location. You will be responsible for leading and implementing engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality.

Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures •
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles
• Panasonic Programming experience ,
• SMT, wave soldering machines
• Able to work 3:30 pm- 12:00 am
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Six Sigma certification or experience with Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
