As a Field Service Technician your focus is to provide teamsupport and assist other team members in delivery of work and servicing customersites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtimeby providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
- Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel)
- Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
- Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- At least two years' work experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems
- Technical experience with CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence
