1.Design and debug test equipment or fixtures
2.Design and debug automation fixtures
3.Develop new test routines/programs as needed with the introduction of new products or new tester platforms, support NPI project.
4. Develop and research on new concept for testing.
5. Executes assigned NPI or Localization project to drive all the mechanical related deliverables.
6. Participates in design reviews for safety, adherence to specs, design for manufacturing and assembly, FMEA, etc
7. Attends weekly team meetings, reviews scheduled tasks/timeliness
8.Continuous improve the mechanical standard work instruction and equipment reliability, productivity, safety, ergonomics.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
at least 3 year Engineering or manufacturing experience
Strong engineering fundamentals and mechanical aptitude.
Good Self-organizational and time management skill.
Some Knowledge in NPI process and project management principles.
Fluent skill in written English, CET-4 or equivalent
Good Problem Solving ability and attention to detail.
Familiar with 3D design tool such as Creo is must
Knowledge of material and design guidelines for conveyor or automated is a plus.
Capable of performing FEA or Simulation is a plus.
Willingness to get involved in hands-on work is a must.
Willingness to learn new technologies and be creative.
