Senior Quality Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Developand implement quality control measures to ensure HON installation works relatedto Fire Alarm System, Security Systems and BMS installations as well as delivered products are compliant withhighest standards, design requirements, technical guidance and Customer'sexpectations
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvementand ensure adherence to quality standards
• Verify on the daily basis quality of works of HON subcontractors (installationscope, cabling, cable trays, cabinets etc.), analyze data and trends to identify rootcauses of quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Workwith cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Cooperateclosely with Quality Customer representatives.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Minimumof 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field onconstruction site
• Fluent Polish (min B2)
• Strongknowledge of quality control regulations and methodologies
• Excellentproblem-solving and thoughtful skills
• Previous experience on Quality audits, NCR,FAT scope
