We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Service Technician - Security Systems to join our Building Automation team, based out of Craigieburn in Victoria
Reporting into the Operations Manager / Senior Field Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Service Technician - Security Systems to join our Building Automation team, based out of Craigieburn in Victoria
Reporting into the Operations Manager / Senior Field Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and maintaining activities onsite
- Manage Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and training induction records
- Complete technical fault-finding, and provide onsite service support of building services (CCTV, Access Control, and third-party systems)
- Liaise with clients, access reporting and site resource coordination
- Assist with quoting upgrades and more retro fit works
Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities
- Qualified technicians with products, fault-finding and site experience in access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and integrated sub-systems
- Intermediate to High computer skills. Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage
- Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
- At least four years' relevant experience in Security with site coordination
- Knowledgeable in any of the following - Gallagher, Guetrebruck, Genetec, Axis, Honeywell, PLC, Commend, Jacques
- Knows Networking and software experience, access switches, headend management (preferred)
- Must have a full Australian Driver's License
- Can work well in a diverse team environment
- Victoria Security License (ideal), requires open cable license
