this is outside of IR35 for a major operator in Wind - 3 days a week in central London and 2 days a week WFH.

Coordination/Interfaces with:
- Offshore Substation Platform OSP (as part of EPC substation’s contract)
- Electrical & Information Systems WP
- Transmission Engineering WP
- Onshore EXC WP
- GRD WP
- Procurement & Legal Workstreams
- Consenting- & Land Work Packages
- External Contractors (National Grid, Authorities, etc.)
Educational Background:
- Completed studies (diploma/master's degree) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or comparable courses of study.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of civil, structural, building services, landscape, and architectural works for (onshore) electrical substations and power cables.
- Ideally, knowledge/experience in project management (incl. planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus); experience in FIDIC based contracts.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
- In-depth knowledge of UK construction laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Familiarity with the planning & permitting processes in the UK
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety-, construction design and management (CDM) regulations and best practices.
