We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Drilling Contract Engineer to oversee and manage all contractual aspects of drilling operations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and mitigating contractual risks while coordinating with technical specialists and project stakeholders.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Drilling Contract Engineer to oversee and manage all contractual aspects of drilling operations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and mitigating contractual risks while coordinating with technical specialists and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full contracting process for drilling-related contracts, from tender preparation to award recommendations.
- Oversee contract administration, including compliance with procurement procedures, change order management, and contractor performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with legal, project, and finance teams to ensure best contracting practices.
- Maintain clear contractual records, monitor key milestones, and handle disputes when necessary.
- Support budget preparation and cost forecasting.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in major projects.
- At least 10 years of experience in drilling contracts.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and compliance regulations.
