As a Sr. HSE Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental engineering. You will report directly to our Sr. HSE Manager, and you will work remotely when you're not on a travel assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $87,200 - $120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $87,200 - $120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. - Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies that foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
- Implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents.
- Promote environmental sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and education on HSE matters.
- Some travel may be required

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in HSE engineering
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
