We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Project Engineer to join ourteam in Brno. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a project teamin the development of electronic control units for Electro-Mechanical FlightControl Actuation systems. These systems are crucial for the safe and efficientoperation of various types of aircraft in the Urban Air Mobility marketsegment.

As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the designand verification of safety critical and complex products. Your expertise andleadership will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery ofhigh-quality products that meet the stringent requirements of the aviationindustry.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a project team in the development of electronic control units for Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the safety and performance requirements of the Urban Air Mobility market segment.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship tojunior engineers.

Key skills and qualifications

• University education in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience with leading similar projects (development of products containing electronics)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English language is mandatory (B2/C1) - communication in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
