Construction QA/QC Supervisor – Angola
Location: Ambriz, Angola
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Contract Length: 1 year (renewable)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction QA/QC Supervisor to oversee all QA/QC activities for construction work related to SURF and FPSO packages at a key fabrication yard in Ambriz. The role involves supervising contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities during the construction of subsea structures, anchor piles, risers' protectors, and other offshore components.
• Conduct document reviews, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee welding, NDT, coating, and qualification activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure non-conformities are addressed.
• Ensure all final documentation meets project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years in a similar QA/QC supervisory role.
• HNC level or above in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications: CSWIP 3.1/AWS CWI, NACE/Frosio Level 2, NDT Level 2 (ISO 9712 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of welding, material testing, and coatings.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Work will take place in a hot and humid environment with potential confined space entry, lifting operations, and work at height.
• The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors.
