Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Industrial Hygienist to support our operations in the oil and gas sector on a three-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating workplace health hazards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industrial hygiene assessments, including air quality monitoring, noise surveys, and chemical exposure evaluations.
• Develop and implement control measures to minimize occupational health risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company health and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance on industrial hygiene practices and procedures.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on site assessments and data analysis.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee awareness of occupational health hazards.

Requirements:

• Certification in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial hygiene, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid TBOSIET and HUET certification (mandatory).
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety is considered an asset
• OSHA certification is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
