Role Objective:

Lead and drive automation initiatives by partnering with the GBS service lines to identify opportunities, design, and develop innovative low/no-code solutions to reduce manual activities. Manage and oversee automation projects to ensure timely delivery and sustainable results. Document processes meticulously and champion agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.

Requirements:

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
  1. Collaboration: Partner with service lines and BPOs to identify business needs and conduct process deep dives to uncover improvement opportunities.
  2. Internal Advisor: Serve as an internal advisor on potential solutions that drive efficiency, coordinating validation with the global team (Automation CoE and GPOs).
  3. Process Reengineering: Lead solution feasibility assessments, value case development, qualification, and implementation plan definition.
  4. Agile Implementation: Develop and execute implementation plans using Agile methodology to prioritize workload, measuring benefits, impact/effort, and return on investment.
  5. Automation Design: Design automation solutions and to-be process flows.
  6. Automation Development: Implement solutions using low/no-code technologies (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Virtual Agent, Copilot).
  7. Project Management: Manage automation projects with external developers (IT, Automation CoE, Vendors), tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project status to ensure timely completion and compliance with expected results.
  8. Sustainability: Lead testing and value realization control to ensure sustainable results.
  9. Documentation: Support the creation of standard operating procedures for implemented projects.
  10. Communication: Create and share use case success stories.
  11. Benchmarking: Benchmark use cases and new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  12. Quick Wins: Implement quick improvements to drive immediate benefits.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/Systems, etc.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (desirable)
  • 2+ years of experience in process automation
  • Experience in the Shared Service Center environment is a plu
  • Advanced English


Technical Skills
  • Process Management and Improvement: Proven experience in process mapping/design, problem-solving and automation projects
  • Process Automation: Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agent, AI Builder) and Winshuttle development
  • Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrate ability to understand complex business needs and align them to the strategic transformation stakes for the business
  • Stays informed about emerging trends and technologies in the automation space and facilitates knowledge sharing across GBS.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
