Role Synopsis:
Quantity Surveyor will assist the Project Controls Lead in support of the M&E budget control and administration. Responsibilities to include the following tasks:
Actuals/Forecast
Engage with contractors to verify progress and earned value in line with agreed procedures.
Criteria & Qualifications:
To develop proficiency in the end-to-end process of a Project Controls role and ensure that all significant activity information is communicated to Project Managers and embedded with the forecast.

Department / Function: M&E Reports to Project Controls Lead

Role Synopsis:
Quantity Surveyor will assist the Project Controls Lead in support of the M&E budget control and administration. Responsibilities to include the following tasks:
Actuals/Forecast
- Ensure monthly vendor VOWD is verified and agreed and forecast data is in line with agreed schedule and approved budget.
- Assist in the maintenance and population of the M&E Projects & Mods working file.
- Generation of the monthly cost report and perform monthly cost reviews with Project Managers to ensure uptodate forecasts aligned to plans.
- Maintain projects Risk register and Change Register
- Assist the Project Controls Lead in the Annual AWP&B process, ensuring completeness and integrity of the data sets.
Engage with contractors to verify progress and earned value in line with agreed procedures.
Criteria & Qualifications:
- Financial/Project Controls/Construction experience for a multinational company would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and information skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn new processes.
- Good understanding of Project phases.
- Good Computer skills – including Excel, PowerBI, Ecosys, Maximo
- Good English language speaking and writing skills.
