Required experience and expertise in process analytics for the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry, with the ability to work on analytical systems comprising:
  • Preparation of instrumentation design principles for analysis, based on the analytical schedule, analyzer’s process data sheet (DS), and project Basis of Design
  • Specification of Primary and Secondary sampling systems, including sample transportation
  • Preparation of overall analyzer hook-ups
  • Engineering DS for analyzers
  • Requirements and specifications for Analyzer Houses
Goals and Deliverables The range of analyzers includes:
  • Online analyzers, in-situ analyzers, process analyzers, quality analyzers, SCS,
  • pH/conductivity analyzers, moisture analyzers, dew point analyzers, IR analyzers,
  • Paramagnetic analyzers, gas chromatographs, mass spectrography, plasma analyzers,
  • TCD analyzers, CEMS, and others
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare/coordinate technical requisitions for analyzer packages, conduct the bidding process, issue purchase orders (POs), and verify vendor drawings after PO placement
  • Verify project documentation for completeness and compliance with industry standards, regulations, local laws, and contract requirements
  • Work on innovative analytical solutions in collaboration with R&D for new and challenging applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work in a multi-cultural team
  • Communication language: English and Polish
  • Participate in inspections of analyzers
  • (Potentially) develop or update company standards
